Subject: New Procedure For Total Quality Management
I wish to express to all employees that I’m exhilarated to afford this opportunity as CEO of Acme Widget. The new principles of Total Quality Management promote an effective working environment and help launch Acme to the top of our industry. Its new strategy implements open worker-to-manager communication and is effective, immediately.
You may bring issues or suggestions to the management’s attention via two avenues: a. cork-product bulletin board (break room), b. direct appointment.
Post suggestions anonymously as we use it as interactive, division-wide interchange and offer employee-manager to interface in the public forum.
To use the appointment board:
Obtain an anonymous suggestion form from the author’s secretary
Write the date and subject of the suggestion on the form’s top lines.
Print the issue at hand within the space provided on the form
(Illegible commentary is discarded.)
Employees may discuss directly with management via person-to-person appointment, available Friday mornings 9 AM-11 AM. You may also RSVP me at holloran@acme.com if you prefer this communication method. I welcome all interaction or discussion of ideas to improve Acme Widget.
